Netra Basti is a restorative and preventative Ayurvedic treatment for the eyes, it has been used to treat certain eye issues as well as fatigue. The dough used during this treatment is made using organic flour and placed around the eye orbit to create a small dam. The dam is then filled with warm ghee (clarified butter) and the patient opens their eyes and performs various eye exercises while still submerged for approximately 10 minutes.
